SHIPPING PROCEDURE

• All orders received before 12:00pm will be dispatched from our premises via our Courier services the same day to be delivered to your door.

• All orders received after 12:00 will be dispatched the following working day.
• Any orders received on a Friday after 12:00mp will only be dispatched from our premises the following Monday.
• Track & trace numbers will be made available for you on our website as soon as your order was collected from our premises via our courier services.
• Please note we do not have control over the timing it takes for our courier service to deliver to you, therefore we make the track and trace number available for you.
• In a case that your order takes more than three working days after we dispatched from our site you are more than welcome to give us a call and we will gladly follow up with our courier service for you.
• For any reason whatsoever we cannot dispatch your order within the given time you will informed via the email address supplied by you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell we have implemented the following procedure to address returns and exchanges.
Products/items received can be exchanged/returned within 30 days from the date of invoice.
Products that have passed the 30 days from invoice timeline, that has food safety issues, such as mold, will be exchanged immediately.
Please ensure that you keep the product in its original packaging and retain the receipt/invoice.
